Refund & Return Policy

At ZeeAstro, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Every gemstone, Rudraksha, jewellery, and spiritual product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, invoices, and accessories are returned.
  • The product has not been altered, mounted, resized, energized, or customized.
  • The return request has been approved by ZeeAstro.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, customization, certification, and authenticity reasons, returns or refunds are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged.
  • Gemstones or Rudraksha that have been mounted in rings, pendants, bracelets, or any jewellery setting.
  • Products without the original certification.
  • Missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Customized, personalized, energized, or made-to-order products.
  • International orders delivered outside India.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Although every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, ZeeAstro will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved:

  • Replacement shipping charges will be borne by ZeeAstro.
  • Replacement products will be shipped subject to stock availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or process a full refund.

Replacement requests are accepted only after inspection and approval by our support team.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Order Cancellation by ZeeAstro

A full refund will be provided if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable.
  • The product cannot be shipped within the committed timeline.
  • Delivery is not possible due to service limitations.
 

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

No Questions Asked Refund

Eligible products may qualify for our 100% Money Back Policy, provided that:

  • The product remains completely unused.
  • Original packaging is intact.
  • Security seals are unopened.
  • Certification and accessories are returned.
  • The product passes our inspection after being received.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage charges
  • Local government fees

These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not controlled by ZeeAstro.

International orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the wrong or damaged product has been delivered.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Returned Products

Customers returning approved products are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance.

ZeeAstro is not responsible for:

  • Lost return shipments
  • Stolen packages
  • Transit damage during return shipping

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Products Damaged During Shipping

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging.

Contact us immediately with:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the damaged product

Our support team will coordinate with the courier company and arrange a suitable resolution after verification.

Important Notes

  • ZeeAstro reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
  • Refund approval is subject to inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by ZeeAstro.
  • Astrology consultations, digital reports, personalized recommendations, and downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered.
