Shipping
Shipping within India is Free by Speed Post/Reputed Couriers. Tracking is provided.
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days.
International shipping is $10.00 for USA and $ 30 for rest of the world. Shipped by
USPS or reputed couriers/SpeedPost
Combined Shipping
Combined shipping discount is available.You can bundle upto 3 items in an order. There are no additional charges.
Payment
Buyers are requested to pay within 3 (Three) days of purchases for quick processing and shipping of your order.
You can also pay UPI, Credit/debit cards/G Pay by Western Union Money transfer, MoneyGram, Bank Transfers,PayPal etc.
Customs and Taxes
There are no additional charges for deliveries within India or USA.
For International orders.we make all endeavours to ensure that all items are delivered to you free of any additional custom duties or Taxes. However, local laws vary from country to country and the payment of any eventual custom duties, charges,Taxes etc will be at the buyer’s expense
Returns & Refunds
You can return the item within 14 days of purchase – Please return in original packing.
Please note all Gemstones, Gemstone jewellery, Rudraksh and Rudraksha Jeweller is non-refundable Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing on our website as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter.
The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by trackable shipper.
Please note that no returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery under any circumstances.
Refunds are made by same mode with which payment was received and may take upto 5-7 days of receipt of the item.
Disputes
We aim to settle all disputes amicably. Please do not open any dispute for non- receipt or to return an item on PayPal. Personalized customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Since testing methods vary from person to person and one lab to another, We will not be able to accept the observations, comments, reports or analysis by any Gemologist, Jeweler, Lab or any other person.
