At ZeeAstro, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Shipping within India is Free by Speed Post/Reputed Couriers. Tracking is provided.
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days.
International shipping is $10.00 for USA and $ 30 for rest of the world. Shipped by
USPS or reputed couriers/SpeedPost
Shipping Within India
We offer Free Shipping across India on eligible orders.
Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, India Post, and other reputed logistics providers depending on your delivery location.
For remote or rural locations where courier services are unavailable, orders may be shipped through India Post.
International Shipping
ZeeAstro ships internationally to countries where our logistics and payment partners provide delivery services.
International orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
- Aramex
- EMS Speed Post
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and courier service selected during checkout.
All international shipments are securely packed and insured wherever applicable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Certain products may require additional processing time, including:
- Customized Jewellery
- Made-to-Order Products
- Laboratory Certification Requests
- Energized Gemstones or Rudraksha (if applicable)
Such orders may require additional processing before dispatch.
In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate will not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
Within India
- Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Areas: Delivery may require additional time depending on courier availability.
International Orders
International deliveries generally take 5–10 Business Days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Customs inspections
- Courier service delays
- Government restrictions
ZeeAstro shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other government fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Where applicable, payment gateway or merchant processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team with your Order Number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellation by ZeeAstro
ZeeAstro reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Incorrect pricing
- Product unavailability
- Payment verification issues
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incomplete address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges may be borne by the customer.
Shipping Damage
Every order is securely packed before dispatch.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the original packaging.
- Take clear photographs of the parcel and product.
- Contact us immediately after delivery.
Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
