Shipping
Shipping is by USPS 7-8 business days. Tracking is provided.
Expedited Shipping option is available by FEDEX/UPS/Post to be delivered in 4-6 business days.
Combined Shipping
Combined shipping discount is available.You can bundle upto 10 items in an order.There are no additional charges.
Payment
Buyers are requested to pay within 3 (Three) days of purchases for quick processing and shipping of your order.
You can also pay by Western Union Money transfer, MoneyGram, Bank Transfers etc.
Customs and Taxes
We make all endeavours to ensure that all items are delivered to you free of any additional custom duties or Taxes. However, local laws vary from country to country and the payment of any eventual custom duties, charges,Taxes etc will be at the buyer’s expense
Returns & Refunds
You can return the item within 14 days of purchase – Please return in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing on our website as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter. The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by trackable shipper. Please note that no returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery under any circumstances.
Refunds are made by PayPal and may take upto 5-7 days of receipt of the item.
Disputes
We aim to settle all disputes amicably. Please do not open any dispute for non-receipt or to return an item on PayPal. Personalized satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Refund or any claim liability for the buyer is only limited to the value of the item purchased. No additional claims will be entertained for any reason. Since testing methods vary from person to person and one lab to another, we will not be able to accept the observations, comments,reports or analysis by any Gemologist, Jeweler, Lab or any other person. By consenting to buy our items it is understood that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions as well as the FAQ for the Diamonds being sold by us. All disputes subject to Gurgaon (HR) India Jurisdiction.
